Each week we will explore different postures, meditations, tools and techniques to elevate our life and THRIVE.

The chakras are connected to our Mind, Body, and Spirit, it is essential to learn how to tune into yourself, know where you are at and then also have the tools and techniques to stay BALANCED, FOCUSED, STRONG, ENERGETIC AND RELAXED.

Each week you will walk away with easy, practical yogic tools and techniques to implement into your life and gain quick positive change.

MEET ALEXIS

International teacher originally from Sydney, Alexis has most recently been the lead Kundalini Yoga teacher at Ubud Yoga Centre and partnered with Outpost (Co-working space in Bali) teaching yoga to entrepreneurs from around the world. Alexis is trained within NLP, Kinesiology, Mind Detox Therapy and enjoys writing and coaching women to connect inside and discover their worth from within. In 2015 Alexis founded ‘Yoga Meditation Sound’ a boutique on and offline Yoga & Meditation Studio in Coogee.
Alexis’ healing journey from serious sporting injuries is what led her initially towards yoga for the healing of the physical body and then naturally to the deeper aspects of the mind and soul. Her teaching experience spans the globe, she has taught in India, Australia, Iran, Canada, Indonesia, England, France, Thailand and Sri Lanka. You will be lead through a nourishing experience where Alexis blends together her background in Yoga, meditation and various therapies, working the wisdom from East & West into practical and powerful tools.
