Qi Gung is a powerful system of internal awareness exercises that were developed in ancient China with the purpose of becoming aware of and cultivating the flow of energy within the body. These exercises vitalise the body and mind, providing resilience and promoting wellbeing.
This series of classes teaches the basics of this remarkable practice, with simple exercises designed to initiate the student into the feeling of chi within the body and how to direct its flow with the mind. We will also look into how to tap into cosmic and earthly energy flows and how to use them for healing within the self, as well as other classic Qi development techniques.
