Continuing their dedication to enhancing their acclaimed residential developments through collaborations with prominent creatives, Aria Property Group engaged represented artist Jo Lankester to create two triptychs for their recently unveiled project, Upper House.
Jo’s commissioned work aligns her investment in symbiotic environmental phenomena with Upper Houses’ sensitivity to organic form and human flow. The essence of Queensland’s indigenous flora, particularly the Moreton Bay Fig tree, is evoked within Upper Houses’ iconic design conceived by Koichi Takada Architects.
In addition to Jo’s commission, Aria have acquired a collection of photographic works by associate artist Louis Lim, which reimagine reclaimed polaroid negatives as visual remnants and impressions of memories.
