Zoe Porter will take over Town Square in Fish Lane Brisbane with a live performance event that incorporates a short durational, collaborative artwork merging sound, contemporary dance, drawing and video projection under the railway. This immersive performance will focus on fluid, hybrid forms investigating how the drawn line can be extended through various modes of dance, costume and live drawing processes.
For this performance Zoe Porter is in collaboration with Francesca Jaiyeola (dance), Jaclyn Bates (video projection) and Tom Hinchcliffe (live sound). This artwork is an outcome of the Griffith University Art Museum x Aria Hope St Studio Residency and commissioned by Fish Lane Arts Precinct.
