We are excited to announce Elisa Jane Carmichael’s selection as a finalist in this year’s Telstra ‘National Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander Art Awards‘ (NATSIAA) 2021 exhibition.
Elisa will be presenting a new work titled, ‘Fabric of place’ – keep your eyes peeled for a sneak peek of this work closer to the exhibition dates. Capturing the attention of the nation, NATSIAA is inspiring in its variety of art forms and media, collectively demonstrating the richness and diversity of current contemporary Australian Indigenous artistic practice.
Elisa’s inclusion in this year’s awards clearly demonstrates her upward trajectory and ability to create exceptional works with a regenerative approach.
